Coach Leland Warsaw

 

Coach Warsaw’s is in his seventh year as the track coach for JHHS.  Coach Warsaw retired from the U.S. Army in 2003.  He graduated in 1982 from Mars Hill College in Mars Hill, NC with a BS degree in physical education.  Coach Warsaw is married to his wife, Gwendolyn and they have three children.  Coach Warsaw’s most memorable track moment was coaching his oldest son, Phillip, to a state championship in the 800 meter run.
